Refund And Return Policy
We want everyone to love their new cap and if you are not happy with your purchase you can return the unused item and we will refund you, no questions asked.
Please message us within 3 days of delivery to request a refund. Contact us to let know your intentions to return your item. We will then issue a return label to you. Once your item is returned we will notify you and refund you in the payment method used to purchase the item. Items must be returned in original packaging and undamaged; unused.
We package and ship all our caps in boxes for protection but sometimes items can be damaged during shipping and if your package comes damaged please contact us after receiving the item for a replacement.
If you received the cap as a gift, you may return these items for a store credit.
